Handmade in our small studio in Uppsala, Sweden. Every book starts with large sheets of paper being folded and cut down in size by hand multiple times. It is a slow process with no machines involved, and every step of the making and design process in treasured and carefully thought through. Our production is small and every book is unique.
This book is covered with our own original marbled paper, and it just so happens to be our most tadpoley marbling so far!

Paper quality
This Papyrus MultiDesign paper is our personal favorite. It has a thickness of 130 gsm and is certified by FSC, EU Ecolabel, and ISO 9001 and 9706 (archival approved). It is a
slightly cream toned, uncoated paper which has the perfect "light" feeling under the pen. It is equally suitable for writing and sketching, and absorbs ink and aquarelle paint well.
