Shipping policy

Books weigh more than stitch markers and we therefore decided to in addition to our insured shipping offers, also offer shipping by postal stamps and economy shipping without tracking. Please note that our postal company (PostNord) only covers the cost of lost parcels in they are insured, not for parcels sent with stamps or economy. ONLY CHOSE SHIPPING WITH STAMPS AND ECONOMY SHIPPING AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not able to reimburse lost packages that has been sent without insurance. 

Our shipping calculator will display the shipping cost for the products currently in your shopping basket based on weight. We do not currently charge for packaging materials, only the exact amount charged from us by PostNord. Please contact us if you wish to have our package sent with another shipping service.

If you are able you are always welcome to chose to pick up your purchase at our workshop in Uppsala, Kyrkogårdsgatan 11. Please note that we have no regular opening times, send us an email at hej@svartbrun.com to make an appointment after your purchase!
